The breakfast was good, but you need to let people know when checking in that it is not complimentary. We had no idea until after we sat down and eating that it was going to cost us $15 a piece!! That’s ridiculous! You should have an option where you could just get breakfast that wasn’t hot as complimentary. There definitely needs to be better communication about the breakfast.

Everything. It's beautiful, the staff are so sweet professional it was such a comfortable experience and luxurious at a great price. It was very clean, bed was ultra comfortable! When I visit KC this is the only place I'm booking. Only thing I disliked was that I had to ask for my complimentary items. And there was no shower cap but the front desk attendant sis her best to try and find one i love it

I had stayed over night with my grandson, as there was a minor sewer problem at the house that my son and daughter in law had recently bought. He enjoyed the pool and I loved the Jacuzzi.

The location was considered to be the safest, and we felt safe. I was most impressed with your front desk ladies, they were extremely professional, courteous, polite, and welcoming, they made you feel safe and at home. Because of the service they extended, I eill become a repeat customer.

The room was nice. We had a double queen room. It was clean and comfortable. There were some flaws like the shower curtain rod was broken and there was an office chair in the room that needed to be thrown away.

Everything except the common areas on my floor was as-expected. No idea how duct taped carpets pass muster. First floor and lobby was like always, Room too. Puzzled

The staff was very nice. The location was great. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary water and coffee in our room. One of our favorite hotels by far.
